i think it will have something to do with the HW housemtes becuase - if the housemates have to choose 2 HW housemates though only meeting them for a while, then the 2 halfway housemates choosen will get to chosen two people to be up for eviction.

I'm not sure, i have a feeling that the new housemates will have something to do with it. If they're nominating normally then the old housemates won't be able to nominate the new ones. :conf:

They don't always nominate. I was thinking that after the 2 HW housemates become real housemates and swap with 2 current housemates the remaining 5 halfway housemates (including the 2 current housemates) will face the public vote to save.
