Was david blanking Brian?

Brian was very upset that David was blanking him when he tried speaking to him but I only noticed that on one occasion when he spoke David seemed to not hear and then Brian ended up sitting down on the step with Ziggy.

Do you think David is ignoring Brian or just didn't hear him? Also if he was ignoring him why would he do so considering he will know he is well liked on the outside.

yes he was, and even the twins noticed it! Now his reasons, I think he just doenst like him, he called him a male version of the twins, who he doenst like either. And he was still blanking him today until this happened:
