She said that was her birth mark. Is part of her hair dyed at the front or is this because of her birth mark?

Yeah it is to do with her skin I think she said. It is naturally just got that streak in her hair it isn't dyed.

It is somethng to do with pigmintation, i think that sort of thing is called vidalago or watver

yeh you can tell its a birthmark because its on her fod aswell because theres a patch thats lighter then its the blonde bit on her head
