Yes, that's why Chanelle was so mad at Charley. She wasn't allowed to join by Charley because she could only make the annoying wailing noises but could never produce actual tears.

On the BB poster with everyone's faces, his always looked strange for some reason. I couldn't place it, until you mentioned REPTILE. Yeah, his face literally does look like that on the BB poster.
