10/10 !
My mother is italian then she teaches to me a lot of things, and my father is russian so he teaches to me a lot of russian meals.
My fave italian food I can cook is the traditional italian pastas and the russian one is Spiny lobster in the vodka, it's de-li-cious ! :spin2:

I can hold my own. Love cooking when I am in the mood. Sometimes I even cook stuff from scratch when I have the time. But I can't rate myself. Only others can.

I can cook, I have had some good teachers... my mum is a very traditional cook, full on roasts with all the works, pies, stews and just really well cooked food and she has taught me from a very early age how to cook. But I also have a stepmum who is a trained chef so she taught me more technical stuff.

I have to say tho.... nothing beats my roasts.

I have a natural aptitude when it comes to cooking, I very rearly use a cook book and like to experiement with different things and I have never *touch wood* had any misshaps

I can cook all the things I learned to cook in Home Ec! I'd say I'm a 9,my baking is much much better than my cooking though.

I tend to sell myself short with regards to cooking I usually make comments like "my kids come running when the smoke alarm sounds as they know tea is ready" but the reality is I am a pretty good cook. I can make most things and am more than able to follow a recipe and it to actually look like the book says!! probs about 8/10 for myself but my hubby would give me 10/10 as I make the biggest yorkshire puddings you will ever have seen!!!
