yesterday the twins individual odds of winning were
Amanda 12/1
Sam 30/1
..Now, combined as one, the odds have been dramatically cut to 7/4
they are SERIOUS contenders to win now.
Brian is still clear favourite at 4/7
Liam WAS 5/2 ..2nd favourite. . now 9/1
everyone else are rank outsiders.

why am i the only one thinking this is unfair. why as noone complained this is a fix for the twins to win. i don't care if they won if it had been done fair. but to put them together at the last minute. i'm switching off.

It's not a fix, the same thing happened in USA, in Australia, in Germany and in France, it's fair. They entered in the house together, they have to be counted as one housemate. By the way, BB told them they had the choice, if they wanted to be seperated they could be.

but were the ones in the other bb's one from the start? because i don't think bb wants brian to win. why make them one at the last minute. and another thing everyone let's the twins off because they act childish. they should have said no to make it fair. who can win against two people.

the reason wy its unfair, its not just because they are put together, thats fine, but the france BB for example, had triplets from the start put as one. Thats fair. But for sam and amanda, they already have seperate fan bases for 2 months. some like sam, but dont like amanda. Now both those fan bases are combined, which is not fair. Imagine if they put Brian and Liam together as one right now! There is no way anyone could beat that!

It shall be interesting to see how the bookies work things...if people have money on sam to win at the odds she has been at lately if she joint wins with amanda how will they work that out. I think alot of Brian fans are sweating as they have placed money on...if the twins survive this week they have more a less won.

Their status hasn't been clearly stated, since day 1 everybody was confused: together or not ? Their entered at the same time in the house, yesterday they had the choice, they have chosen to be together and we have to respect that. It's fair in the way that their status in the house weren't stated. However, if BB said they were separated since day 1, I would find unfair they are together now. But what BB did yesterday was fair, as BB let them the choice. The have chosen their status.

LMAO, the twins are not that funny! Brian is funny! The twins are in my opinion pointlessly pink. I think too many women watch Big Brother, I doubt she'd win if it there were as many male voters as female. I am tempted to spend a few grand on phone calls for Brian.

Of course their status was strated. They bot had two nomination votes, so 4, they both were eligible to be nominated as 2. So of course they were determined as 2. Everyone knows that. They were never 1. They never nominated together, thats ridiculous. And they have seperate fan bases. I for one always liked sam, but I never quite like amanda, find her pointless. Maybe you werent watching if you think they were not already determined as 2

Nobody told them they could have been nominated seperated.
The disadvantage of them being twins is that when voting time comes , casual voters who dont know the difference much between Amanda and Sam will be discouraged from voting for them.
Many of those voters may then jump to a single entity like Brian or Liam to vote for.

the fact that they nominated seperately. And the fact that Housemates were told in the beginning, when they nominate they have to nominate them seperately. What planet are you guys living in!

apparently the twins asked big brother on day 2 when they went into the diary room wether they counted as one, big brother was never clear ( they've obviously kept thier hand close to thier chest, and finally revealed it last night ) they were given the option of staying separate, or being counted as one, but this would result in them being up for nomination. Excellent stuff from Big Brother, keeping it fresh!! .. who'da thunk that the twins would be up this week!!

They never told anyone except yesterday, their status wasn't decided because nobody nominated them before. The producers asked them yesterday because in 4 weeks it's the finale and they had to decided their status. End of, no fixing.
And don't worry, I understand very well, I watch BB for 4 years now !

OH, my, this forum must be the silliest ever. It seems that no one has any logic. Can anyone see that they always nominated together, therefor would have been nominated the seperately. Even if nobody said it officially, its obvious. If they were one, it would have been clearly declared. Endemol is the same company that does BB france, and for their triplets, it had to be stated clearly, from the first time they were eligible to be nominated. Just think a little bit outsede the official box!

I know for the triplets, I'm french, I watch it every day ! Their status wasn't the same, at the beginning it was a swap and they were locked in a secret room during a week. They did enter at the same time, it has been clarified since the launch show, they are one and only one housemate.
The twins situation is not the same, they entered in together but their status wasn't clearly stated. I think there is something else in their contract, that's why BB asked them.

Obviously, twins were two. They were Sam, and Amanda. when a housemate nominated, they hasd to pick between the 2. There even was a discussion with carole and ziggy, were ziggy says, I cant use both my nomination on the twins. Carole saying me neither. Now they also nominated seperately, thats a clear indication that they were 2. I find it weir myself, because I like Sam a lot, and I dont like Amanda at all. Now when it comes to the votes I have to vote for Amanda as well, and I dont really want to, so if you see it from my perspective, its very weird

Its strange because I wanted to see hoe they coped apart and it seems that that will never happen now which is a shame. Putting in twins was an advantage from the start for them having double the nominations and they were never going to nominate each other. The possibilities with the twins were endless of what they could do.

It might be some patronising, but it doesnt take Einstein to realise that twins were two people before yesterday. We all knew that, and all consider them as 2 different people. There are afew fans that like them both, but mainly a huge amount liked Amanda, and a lesser amount liked sam. Not making an official announcement, only proves that they were 2 different people.

Yeah but the triplets, were only one person at first just marjorie, and they kept changing. When all 3 came in the house, they made them one set automatically. So their fan base was only one. In this case its ridiculous, because however you see it, 2 fan bases are put together. The only way it would be fair, is if everyone was paired up, like last years best friends thing! This is quite abnormal
