Am I normal ?

I am in a relationship with my girlfriend for 9 months, I love her, it's really intense between them.
However, I'm in England for holidays since last sunday and I don't miss her, I don't feel the need to phone her, I know it's quite evil but when she calls me I'm not so glad to talk with her. I haven't the habit to be with a girl during 9 months, before it was only 15 days-1 month. I truely love her but I'm asking why I don't miss her. Tell me if you feel the same. Thanks ! :thumbs:

You don't need to miss her to prove you love her, you just need to know that when you ARE with her - you enjoy her company. You're having a fun time in England so you won't constantly be thinking of her - it's nothing weird, don't worry about it.

remy when you go back home. do these 3 things

1) kiss her, if you fell the electrisity first box ticked
2) when you see her you fell sweaty your palms of your hands get sweaty
3) look her in the eye and say i love you if you mean it you will no you truely love her

i think you do love her its just that your to exited about your holaday that your not so bothered with home

But you forgot something a number 4) xxx ! lol I know I love her, I wouldn't been with her since last november if I didn't. n fact my big problem is, I'm easily tempted and I'm scared about I don't miss her and she doesn't I could go to another girl, like I've done before. I know England and stuff are exciting and I enjoy it as much as I can and more than before. I just hope she doesn't feel the same and she doesn't know I didn't want to talk with her a lot.

its ok not to miss someone does not mean you dont love her , you only came on your hols last sunday and if she phoning you you wont miss her that much anyway ,if you had no contact the whole time you will miss her then , give your self abreak and enjoy your hols . you watch when you get back you will : relise you actually did miss spending time with her .:hug: it will be fine .

Maybe you've just been so busy having a great time in England that you've not really had the time to just be alone and think about her loads.I'm sure you know your feelings for her and that's not going to change just because you've not missed her so far.

Yeah like Dan said if you have been having a great time then you might not have though about her as much which is perfectly nprmal and even if you ring her loads it might make things worse then say if you rang once or twice a week

you probably dont miss her because you are having such a fun filled time. I wouldnt read too much into it, see if you are still really happy with her when you get home!

Enjoy your time here and dont get caught up in analysing things to deeply it could spoil your holiday and you dont want that.

Back and thanks for all your help ! I appreciate that a lot. I talked to her earlier and it's been better, I was asking too much questions to myself and she seems happy. I'm really glad of what happened and now I think I will enjoy more my english holidays even if I don't miss her it doesn't matter, I love her and it's the most important thing.

Remy, it seems to me that you may feel guilty for enjoying yourself without her. If this is the case you must not worry, this is a great time for you and you have been looking forward to this for such a long time.
