Yes Charley did say it, Chanelle was crying and she said it differently, she said "Who is Channelle", Big Brother asked "who is Channlle", Channelle scream "meeee", it has so much similarity to to 2Who is She", but she is trying to it in a clever way, so it isn't obvious. Actually Charley was the one to copy Nikki (BB7) "who is she" saying not Chanelle!. Chanelle was saying a completely different thing.

Well she hasn't stolen or copied anyone last year, Channelle blatantly has, even the psychologist said it that it is not just Charley, Channelle as well.
