I think he just likes Amanda that much that when he heard Liam tell her she was pretty it really got to him because maybe he thinks she fancies him aswell. I just felt really sorry for him. and i think the booze helped things along lol.

Bless him!! He is such a great guy if i was Amanda I wouldn't care what other people thought I'd just go for it. I think there's more to it though when she says she just wants to be friends I really don't think she's that into him but she doesn't want to hurt his feelings
