The Next Task:Body Test

For today's task housemates must try and improve their bodies, by tackling an assault course in the garden. After an initial run-through, they must spend the rest of the day pumping iron, limbering up, stretching out, or whatever else they decide it'll take to improve their time by 10 per cent.
Ziggy, as Mind Guru, is exempt from the task. Gerry is injured and can decide to sit this task out.
If housemates improve, they'll pass. And the housemate that slashes most off their time will be ordained as Body Guru.

So who do you think is going to win this one?

I was watching their first run through live and Carole was rubbish,Liam was really good at it and the twins had to do it at the same time!Also Gerry was crying because he had to sit out:joker:
