Carole refuses to tackle obstacle course

Carole threatened Big Brother with a "strike" after complaining that the shoes which have been provided aren't suitable for this afternoon's obstacle course task.

Looking at the trainers supplied by Big Brother, Carole complained: "I can't wear those trainers - they don't fit me... I can't wear those trainers they'd make me feet go numb immediately."

As she waited to enter the diary room, she addressed the cameras: "I'm going on strike. I know gurus don't complain and that's why I wouldn't make a good guru... I'm very happy to do this task but I’m not going to suffer. I know it's all about suffering and the path to enlightenment being hard."

Eventually the sexual health worker lost her temper at an unresponsive Big Brother, yelling: "Enough!... Just size six rounded toes... Please! Oh enlightened ones, whatever!"

After her efforts to obtain new trainers failed, Carole turned to Kara-Louise and revealed that she wouldn't take part in the task: "Those stupid bloody trainers that are narrow at the end and don't fit. They're cheap!"

If she has swollen feet or something I can see her not wanting to wear tight trainers or whatever. Carole normally throws herself into tasks so this is not normal for her.

I remember her making a big deal over chanelle not doing the violin task, now shes doing the same thing, Eash 2 Faced.

I think its more of a master plan than being two faced...if the task is based on improving.

Carole should stay a while longer second time around she put it all into the task and being a 50 y/o lady she must of found that task daunting. She did well second time around.

Carole has done her best really. She is not as agile, but it is just a fun task and even though she may feel a little bad, she doesn't show it much from what I have just seen.
