View Full Version : Should Jon have been thrown out?

Jon blatently broke so many BB rules last night with his chat to Nush. He was determined to do it even though she made it obvious she didnt want to know.

Sorry Jon to my mind it was a eviction performance much worse than the reasons for Gos and Ray's formal warning.

He is getting too big for his boots. He knew what he was doing and even when BB called him in he carried on.

To my mind if BB was playing by the rules he should have gone there and then.

It's a tricky one. Bear in mind BB are entitled to give warnings without automatically ejecting a HM for blatant rule breaking. Jon spoke to Nush after she was officially told she was evicted from the house, so in a way this was less harmful had he done it at any other time. To be honest Jon is the biggest interest in the house, the rest of the HMs are hopelessly dull and unappealing. Unless Jon seriously breaks the rules that in turn have serious consequences, BB should be lenient with him.

Therefore in my opinion Jon shouldn't have been thrown out.

I hope that was his one and only chance!

Without a moments hesitation of a doubt. He should be out.......The BB puppet Jon tickle now thinks he is Big brother himself and above the rules.. BB officials have no credibility left.......

On second thoughts why not make Jon the winner. They couldn't possibly make it a bigger farce than it already has become.

Only the people that dislike Jon wanted him thrown out. Any excuse. :xyxwave:

Sorry Busy Bee. I don't agree on this one. I don't think Nush made it obvious she didn't want to know at all. I think John was trying to protect her as much as he could, and he knew he stood a good chance of being chucked out for it. He was thinking of her, and explained about the tabloid press and the lies. All good sound caring advice.

BB had a clear choice to chuck him out if they wanted too. I think he expected it, and I don't think he would have minded at all.

I like Jon still, and it's obvious that Nush does too. She said it was a pleasure to have had him back in the house. I think that is considerable proof of the selective editing done by big brother yet again.

There would have been no point throwing Jon out now - after all he's supposed to be in there to spice things up, although how much he can do that now the public are voting, I don't know.

He really cares about Nush and wanted to protect her so good on him for trying.

As much as I like Nush BB is a game show with rules that should be kept and not a benevelent society on behalf of Nush.

Where would we be if players thought it ok to change the rules in boxing or football or even monopoly. Get real folk. If you don't respect rules in a game show then you have no game instead you have a free for all load of mumbo jumbo each doing what they want when they want and if they want. A very silly degredation of BB.

Jon was acting in Nush's best interest when he spoke to her, I am sure.
All the housemates need as much advice as they can get. I don't think that Nush is a very 'worldly' person and needed as much help as she could get.

I noted on diital spy that one of the major things he managed to tell her was what the other housemates had got for their stories and to contact Fed and Gos for advice. Practical as ever, and why not help her to get what she can?

Nothing Jon can say or do can compensate for the fact he cost her a place in the final 4 and possibly more money for her story later. Setting Steph off on her emotional merry-go -round has cost Nush dear both financially and emotionally. Her step dad was near to tears when he heard Davina call her name. No excuses for Jon in my book........

Only the people that dislike Jon wanted him thrown out. Any excuse

 Well. There are two sides to the above logic. It coud equally read "Only the people who like Jon wanted him to stay in" and will make any excuses for him whatever regardless of his bad behavour.

How on earth did Jon cost Nush a place in the final four?

Steph cost Nush a place in the final four by reading Ray astutely and playing him like an old piano. Even stirred it up again with her fishwife friend Cameron when Jon and Scott were just chatting.

Sorry, don't follow your train of thought here at all.

The two things that cost Nush a place were:

The green eyed monster
The strangely sexless Cameron cult

Jon had nothing to do with it. All he has is a bad dose of unrequited lurve...........
