View Full Version : How and when should Jon leave the house

We had a heated discussion in work today about this topic.
My view is that Jon has had his moment of glory when he was evicted and therefore he shouldnt be allowed to take the limelight from the others on Friday night.
I think he should be spirited away during the night on Thursday and they wake up and find him gone.
He could the join the other evicted housemates for the last night as has happened in the past.

OR......
Maybe he could be the 1st to be evicted on Friday night - before all the 'fun and games' starts. Then he would be ready to join all the others at the 'real 'evictions.
A 'teatime' eviction to start the ball rolling.

Yes. I agree that would be the best way for him to exit. Another shock for them too.
As an alternative BB could pull him up by the puppet strings they have attached to him...:laugh:

OR: They could bring it down to the last three, and make 'em really sweat, then, just before they think the next person leaving is in third place, they should get Jon into the diary room, ask him to pick up his bag, say his farewells and leave.
It will then dawn on them that they are the last two, and that they are about to find out who has won.

That's a great idea

They would be missing a golden opportunity if they didn't have another interview with Davina where they could discuss what Jon has done in the house this time.
Personally I would have Jon leaving the house after everyone else. But maybe that's just me.

Jon should not be upstaging the other 4 on Friday night.
One way of having a low key Jon interview would be to evict him during the BBLB show and Dermot can interview him.
That would be more than adeqate. As apart from wrecking Nush's chances of being with the final 4 he has done little else worth while. As usual.: He hasn't even invented a new toaster the lazy so and so:laugh::devil:
I agree completely with you, bananarama.
John's already had his 'eviction night' attention and another 'moment of glory' when he was voted back into the house.
Big Brother should ensure that he leaves quietly on Thursday, without any press attention, so that the spotlight is left deservedly on the final four housemates.

Jon needs to be brought out of the house first on Friday night as he will get cheered.
The reason for this is that Steph will probably be out next and will possibly get booed. The remaining housemates inside will then be very panicked if that's all they hear from the crowd - but if they've heard cheers for Jon then they will have some comfort.

i really like the idea of leaving the him with the last two and letting him shuffle out quietly through the diary room x

He's not different at all, Maggie. And that's why he shouldn't come out of the house to a public reception on Friday. None of the other former housemates will be doing that. Sure, they'll be called up onto the platform to give a brief wave to the crowd, but then they'll be on the sidelines while the final 4 come out of the house.
When that does happen, I feel that Jon should already be out of the house. His place is with the other former housemates, not with the final 4.
It's their night, not his. :spin2:

I think BB will probaly bring him out through the reward or diary room so he can join the other housemates for the usual introduction to the crowd, can't see him being allowed to to go down the steps again, but as we've never had this before we'll have to wait and see  :colour:
But then again, he did win a public vote to go back in, as the housemates left in the house won one to stay in, so why should'nt he have the honour of leave by the front door
