Season 5 has my favourite BB and 2nd favourite CBB, Season 6 has my favourite CBB and 2nd favourite BB, so definitely one of those.

BB7 was my fave series, but CBB5 was absolutely indescribably terrible, so I went for BB6 + CBB4

For the main series, Big Brother 2004 (series 5), but including the celebrity version, BB6 wins.
