There are always theories regarding where Aids came from?? But that will always remain a mystery. On the web, there are soooooo much info on the subject of Aids, it is unbelievable. I know that a film called - [Fatal Love - Starring Molly Ringwald] is a hardhitting movie about a young woman who contracted the disease and shows exactly what you go through and it is horrible. A film worth watching, but very upsetting:bawling:

But that is not anything to do with Homosexuals, but to do with the terrible experience. I don't think anyone can ever conclusively prove whether it was man-made or not. Conspiracy theories are always out there, but some just remain that way. Theories and never Fact

Erm, if I remember correctly wasn't AIDS/HIV found first in animals and then found in humans? If so, ... were they trying to wipe out homosexual monkey's in the process?

This is Conspiracy Theories Lauren. The unknown factor - I guess?? But your observations regarding AIDS & HIV being found in animals first is indeed true. So it does kind' of make a mockery of these Theories.

Why not test it on homosexuals if that was their ultimate aim?
Ultimately any scientist that wants to make an effective genocidal drug would not first test it on animals as they have a completely different physiology to humans - they'd spend millions of pounds to learn how to give an animal AIDS yet never know if it works on humans.

AIDs is mainly contracted through blood transfusions. From 10,000 cases - 9,000 of them are from blood transfusions whereas only 50 is from anal sex.

Receptive anal sex, yes. But as I said, thats only 50 out of every 10,000 cases. So I don't really see how the virus was intended for homosexuals if the numbers are so low?

Isn't HIV/AIDS a mutation of SIV (simeon immunodeficiency virus) which is a relatively similar virus found in monkeys and apes? If so, the common theory that I heard was that people contracted it from eating monkey brain, a popular food in East and Southeastern Asia.

Re the whole anal sex thing. The last time I checked men and women do that to. I am sure any scientists clever enough to make the virus in the first place would be clever enough to know this. Thus they would know the way the virus was to be spread was floored.
