She's been missing her boyfriend a lot recently and Carole was saying that when Sam and Liam are together, the camera's are always on them and that they pay a lot of attention to them, so on the outside world it might seem that Sam and Liam are flirting...etc..
Carole was saying this to Sam on the sofa and then a while later Sam got upset because obviously she isn't flirting with Liam and Carole mentioning about the camera's like making out Sam is bascially being 'unfaithful' to her boyfriend.

it was because carole was being a cow! she said that sam and liam fancy each other and are really close and the attention is always focused on them two which made sam feel unloyal to her boyfriend outside whom she already misses, even though she'd done anything wrong. evil carole! lol
