Laura glad not to be in BB Final

Evicted Big Brother contestant Laura Williams has insisted that she doesn't mind not being in the show's final.

The 23-year-old former nanny, who was booted from the house on Day 38, revealed that showing off her new makeover on finale night is more important to her.

"Am I glad I'm not in the final? Yes. And shall I tell you why? Because I've come out, had a chance to lose weight, get some spray tan on me, get my nails done, dye my hair and go back on eviction night next week looking great compared to that lot who'll be in the final," Laura told icWales.

"They'll look s**** on the night, without tan and their roots done. That would bloody well kill me if I was in there now. So that's why it's great to be out so I can go back for the eviction night and give the lot of them a suck in the eye."

Williams will not be looking forward to seeing the show's host Davina McCall, who failed to impress her when they met on her eviction night. However, she has praised Little Brother's Dermot O'Leary for his constant enthusiasm.

"I didn't like [Davina] much. I don't think she liked me either," Laura admitted. "Don't know why. I got the impression that as soon as the camera was off, she was off too. Dermot is like a little kangaroo bounding about. He's fabulous, really friendly. And when the camera has stopped running, he's still the same."

Even though I disliked Laura towards the end, I am looking forward to seeing her on the finale night (as I am with all the ex-housemates).

I can see what she means about Davina: She does seem rather cold towards housemates, whom she clearly dislikes, in their interviews - Kara-Louise being the latest example.

I think Davina was the same way with Susie, and with housemates she feels maybe waster a good opportunity. I like Laure, I miss her and can't wait to see her on finale.

I don't like Dermot but if what Laura said is true then at least Dermot is genuine, on or off the camera.

I love seeing all the ex-housemates on finale night. I just hope they're all there.

I forgot how cold Davina was to Makosi. At least she gave us entertainment: without people like her Davina wouldn't have a job.

Laura wasted her time in the house but unlike most of the population I did not like her when she went in so had no expectations of her - So she lived up to my expectations completely! She was useless :thumbs:

Now when it comes to finale night and her interview she's being honest. If she was in the BB house she would have eaten Carole's stodgy food and put on weight; her roots would be showing and with that lack of summer she'd have no tan. She's talking about herself though and forgetting that the finalists are Carole and Jonty, who don't give a fig about roots, tan or body and twinies, Ziggy and Brian who look fabulous!
