No he's just saying that younger fans might not have seen earlier series like 5, so they voted 7, the series they did see.

It would make sense for the later Big Brothers to better than the earlier ones on any forum.

When I joined TiBB during BB5 we had only 1400 members on the site and now we have 8213, given the age range of those new members most of them will never have seen BB5 at all and for quite a few of them BB7 would have been there first Big Brother. For most people their first Big Brother is always the best.
