Richard did and he's canadian, i expect all that is required is a brittish passport and visa i think.

You have to have a British or Irish passport and to be living in Britain or Ireland for 2 years.

Yeah, I think Richard was living (?) in Britain anyway.

I don't think there should be another series. C4 probably will though, they want the youth audience.
