There was an actual Hoax chain E-mail about an E-mail tax in the USA Bill 602P (http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/blemtax2.htm) a while ago.

What is even funnier is that during a live debate between Hillary Clinton and Rick Lazio, they were asked about this phony bill, and no one knew it was a hoax and responded as if it was real :spin:

No, you're right, Chad. Unfortunately Sticks' scanned newspaper article was a bit big for the normal width of the forum page.
