Were the votes for the winner mixed up?
Brian got 60.3% or summn lke tht...does this mean SAMANDA could av had this result instead but they somehow mixed it up meaning SAMANDA should have won and NOT Brian...or is it all to due with the Celeb Racisim row..so thy made a Black person win this year... OR

Could all of the talk to do with the £5million bets on SAMANDA to WIN be lies...to make the fans think that they will win anyway so no1 will need 2 vote for them?

Exactly. And the annoying thing is, we will know the real truth. I just don't get how for weeks Twins are favs, topping all the polls around the net, even polls that always get it right E.G Big Brother Online, people betting so much money on them, papers saying they are the most popular HM's and loved HM's ever, as they got more bets then any other HM ever! a day before the final bookies say they hope Twins lose otherwise they will lose a furture, I just ent trusting it, and the more I think about it the more it doesn't make sense.

Brian and Nadia won, considering the time back then, that's pretty damn accepting. This is just people's way of being mad that the twins didn't win, and you know, I didn't like any of the finalists, so to me it doesn't matter at all.

Oh, thanks, that makes me even more sure that the vote definitely wasn't mixed up. It's good to know the vote isn't counted by the idiots that have done everything else for the show this year, because judging by how they've run BB8, they probably can't count either.

I think it’s a bit ridiculous to suggest that Brian won simply because he’s black. Is everything in the world going to be related to racism now? Yes, it exists, but at the same time bringing it up constantly when in some cases (such as this one), it’s a bit far-fetched, seems unnecessary. I really don’t think at all that Brian won because of his race! For him to have won, plenty of people would’ve needed to vote for him – of many mixed races, many of whom probably didn’t give that particular criteria a second’s thought.

Although CBB5 alerted a lot of attention about it, I think Brian won due to his fanbase who liked him for his personality and the fact that they liked him as a housemate. I can definitely relate to that.

brian won fair and square and to all you twins fans who are saying its a fix and the twin shouldve won then why didn't you vote cos obviously you didn't as i don't know where the twinnies fans were on the finale but the brian fans was voting like mad as before friday the twins were set to win but it just goes to show that its not over till it's over AND the brian fans such as myself were dedicated fans, to be honest i thought it would be like 51% to brian and 49% to the twins but i was pretty shocked to know that bry got 60% so all you twins fans were probably out clubbing or something cos the twins got 40% hahaha anyways brian won so in the words of tracey DEAL WITH IT!!!!

There is a thread about stopping the "deal with it" etc towards the Samanda's fans. Don't put everyone in the same bag please.

Yes he won. But no one wins fair and square either on BB or any other show that has multiple voting. Multiple voting by it's very nature is corrupt and does not prove popularity.....

I know what you are saying. We will get to know about it in time, as the newspapers will get that leaked to them, like they usually do - but it will all be too late, as usual. The X - Factor is the same really and in fact - all these reality shows where voting and money is the name of the game. Why do you think that Brian was probably the biggest Game-Player of them all? That is because he was. He needed sympathy and regardless of the Twin-Fans who are massive - Brian stole that glory away from them at the last mo. I can't believe that the polls and odds got it sooooooooooo wrong? It doesn't make senseand what we need is a big enquiry and the Big Brother show to be overshadowed with another investagition of wrongdoing

Brian won possibly because more people vote for the finale than any other show and you possbly have a wider age range of viewers/diverse backgrounds too. These iewers may not take part in polls leading up to the main event thus making those poll results misleading.

If it was possible for MORI to go out on to the streets and take a poll and look at who voted for who then maybe everyones questions could be laid to rest but is anyone here going to finance that?

For now I think everyone will have to accept that actually people liked Brian; me included more than the twins. I chose not to vote till the last day and what if many like me did the same. Maybe twin voters vote early? We need MORI again don't we.

The person who started this thread has only posted once by the way and has also brought up the 'racism' issue. This has been brought up in many BB forums by right wing groups and so we should be wary of this matter. I'm not saying the poster is related to a right wing group, only ensuring members are on the look out.
