I have been elected team leader for this task, as shown in the other thread.
As team leader I am making it my responsibility to make sure that everyones ideas will be noted for the task.
First up - names... any ideas?
How about "Team Providings"? PMSL
Names first. Lets try and all pitch ideas and consider combining them. Pitch anything , no matter how good or bad.
We provide the provides of a faster providings!

^^^ That would ideally be in something like Courier on the graphics. Speaking of which. What fonts can we use for other stuff?

Courier for the texty stuff, Base 02 for the "Taskjacker" name...
Can you cook up so graphics we could have a look at? Email them on to be and I can have a gander.

Yeah it is, i think it fits in with this task.

We'll have to pitch our ideas to the others... we've all agreed on the name on MSN, but they've missed the font talk...

Just read through the thread, some of your ideas for names are both amusing and imaginative. I like the idea of the fonts that you have chosen, they will stand out and give out a striking look. Brilliant work guys, and well done Matt for the hard work so far.

Wow, glad I didn't miss much last night then!
Good efforts so far! Don't forget these need to be done for 5pm tomorow, to recap i need:
- A Team Leader
- A Team Name
- A Team Logo
- A Team Sig
- A Team Avatar
Thanks, post them in the Wednesday thread all together when done.

...should be pretty easy to do the graphics methinks...
We got a witty name , a witty idea , some gritty designs in the pipe , and a delictable dish of pain for the other team to suck on :tongue:.

Exactly. Its really effective. Perhaps most important of all , its dead impressive and professional looking.

I like the black one, problem is with the white one, its bland and the black one is easier on the eyes, and fits in with the font.
But you can use black text on a black background, which is why I made two :thumbs:

Hello fellow Team 1 contestants. We still don't have a avatar or sig so I thought maybe we could have one final meeting tomorrow afternoon. Anyway when everyone is online we can get a discussion going. I thought maybe about going for a similar design to the logo for the sig and avatar with a Apprentice related image. I think we should take this task one step further by coming up with a slogan, this idea could also be discussed tomorrow. I would really like to make the sig, maybe someone else could have the job of making the avatar. Matt has made the logo, as everyone has probably seen.
We are awfully pressed for time, the deadline is 5pm tomorrow...
....anyway, I threw this together and wanted to get your thoughts:

Just superb Matt, your a brilliant team leader and have brought lots of ideas and workmanship to the team. That avatar is a must use!
Some good graphics here, but as you know, 5pm tomorow is the deadline,
All you need is to post all your finalised graphics together which you want to be shown on the live show for the public to vote for and that's 5pm tomorow night.
Good luck, and don't forget the live show at 7pm, where the highlights of the task will be shown, the public will vote their favourite team identity, and TWO contestants will be fired.
In the case that the team does lose, Matt would have to select two team mates who he thinks has contributed the least in the task, and then James will decide who gets fired.
If you win, enjoy the moment, and be safe from eviction. The next task will start tonight and will end Friday - it's a quicker, smaller task and should be fun.
Team brief:
Guys, if you fancy doing a sig or an avatar, make it and post it here. At 4.30pm I will take a vote as to which two to submit.

Yeah I'd have a go seeing as I feel bad for not participating in the chat last night, but they will be nowhere near as good as yours Matt so I'll leave it and hopefully get my chance to contribute a bit in the next task!

Well, you had your chance... we've only got the sig I made, but there are two avatars to choose from. Team, whose do you choose?
Im definately happy with the graphcis we have got. Nobody is going to come up with anything better on this team so lets run with it I say...
Oh and I choose Matt's avatar...
