Good evening everyone and welcome to THE talk-show of the year "You're Fired".

I'm Rémy, your host for the next 2 weeks and together, we will comment everything about one of the biggest game ever on TIBB "This is Big Brother Does the Apprentice".

Straight back after the live show, "You're fired" will take place and I will host 3 guests in order to talk about the game, the contestants, the tasks, the twists and more. "You're fired" will answer to all your questions you're asking and will reveal some great exclusives.

As the owner and principal judge, James has an important place and we will talk with him how being a moderator is hard.

The only hard thing really about being a moderator on TiBB is the time it takes from your life. We all give as much time as we can to the site and work hard. I hope it works and in general we make it a happy place.

As for winning the show the contestants will be need to be dedicated and show they can manage people as well as work in teams.

Communication within the teams will be very important.

A bit like being a moderator really.

Well its very well organised, and advertised. And the teams seem great, all very dedicated active members.

I'm hoping more dedication and good teamwork goes on.

And finally, the last question is for James,

Heres the interesting part...

While we wait for James' answer, let me recap what happened yesterday night: 12 people joined the competition but they won't stay together.

Yes because they are split in 2 teams: team 1 and team 2. Over the next 2 weeks they will show how competitive and strong they are in order to win "TIBB does the Apprentice". At the end, only one of them will take the prize as "moderator on TIBB".

But of course it's fake as the prize is just for a piece of fun, the winner won't be a mod.

So far the contestants are in Team 1: Nicola, Ruth, Matt, Billy, Matthew, Stu. And in Team 2: Callum, Sue, Mark, Noel, Andy, Baz.

The fairest way is to judge them on their contribution on the task than anything else. Whoever makes the best contribution on each task will stay in the competition.

Personally, I don't know for you but my favourite bit was the Stu's VT, it was awesome ! I mean this guy is just hilarious, people can think he's a joker but he's not, he's really intelligent and genuine.
The others are brilliant too, it's a great bunch of candidates overall.

The contestants seem like a good selection of members from the fourm.

It is clear a lot of work has gone on in the auddition and selection process to make sure we had the right mix of people for the first TiBB does the Apprentice.

It's all very exciting

Yes they are all very talented, it's a great mix overall.

Well, after talking about the contestants, let's talk about the first task in the game:
The first task is to create a team identity. Over the next two days contestants will have to compose a name, a slogan, a logo, a banner and an avatar for supporting their team.
Ok, it's the first task, we may think it's easy but it's not actually as there will be some conflicts. I think about who will be the leader, but it could be something else.

I think all are good so far.

I liked Andys Intro vid. But the ones who say they are creative will be the best.

At the moment it to early to call which is the strongest, but I think that the team with Baz in it might have a slight advantage given his OLD age and experience.

That could be an advantage, they have some very good ideas at all.

And finally, for finishing, it's time to talk about the surprise-evil twist of wednesday. As Sam said earlier, 2 of the remaining contestants will be evicted in a shocki-shock double eviction....e-v-i-l don't you think ? I will tell you how this buisness will work:

The losing team manager will have to chose two people off his team who he thinks contributed the least, or helped to fail the task, to come back with him to the boadroom. Therefore, two of them will be fired.

Again it too early to call with them all being so good.... once we get going we will have a good idea of what people are like then I would have a stab at the question. It would be to easy to generalise on people how people post and make snap judgements and get it wrong.

I think we are going to see a few surprises in the show and people will show how good they are and well they can handle themselves.
