Idols

I was thinking today that the twins are quite good role models as they are such nice people.

And I thought should people idolise people because they work hard or they help people or they are nice people? Which is better. Is it better to support someone who has worked hard all their life to get where they are or genuinely nice people who get a lucky break?

Personally I would much idolise people like Samanda who are nice rather than a previous hard-worker like Britney who has just ended up at rock bottom.

But using Britney as an example is redundant - if anyone is going to idolize someone for being hardworking, they won't look to her, they'll look to someone else. I personally don't think I can admire or attach myself to someone so far as to call them an idol, but I think being hard-working and being successful is better then getting a lucky break, regardless of how nice they are.

I think its best to idolise somone who is nice and i dont think we have enough role models like that.
