You can download ALL songs more or less, it just depends where you get them from...

It's easy for someone to buy the CD and transfer it to download online.
You might even find it downloadable on myspace.

DOWNLOADING songs is an illegal act, doesn't matter where you get them from, it's still illegal.

The only reason Ipods are allowed to be sold, is because they expect everyone to buy the songs from itunes..which most of us don't. If itunes didn't exist, Ipods would be an illegal product, unless they advertised any other websites where you have to pay for the songs.

Also, I think you're being a bit hasty in finding the song...
Wait until next week and you'll find it somewhere online.
