Billi ruined his gameplan by letting everyone know exactly what his gameplan was - including the other housemates. With arguments with Charley, and a hate for Ziggy, Billi was a big character, but not big enough to score high in the poll!

Billi's probably my second favourite male housemate of the series (after Jonty). He didn't do anything to offend me and I thought he managed to stir the pot a little bit whilst in the house - I always thought he was one of the biggest reasons the Chiggy romance seemed to fail.

I really warmed to Shanessa - she reminded me ever so much of Kinga. I think she (along with David, Kara-Louise and Tracey) was badly treated by the producers who so desperately wanted Lamy to happen. Personally, I think the should have done what they did with Shanessa and had a final task to determine which Halfway was to become a housemate. Meaning either Liam or Ziggy would've definately ended up on the chopping block. If only...

Seány provided some of the series finest moments (pool pushing Charley, Duvet over Leslie, Condom over Freddie, Diary room requests etc) and was IMO the funniest housemate....Shabnam....well in her short stay there she provided more entertainment than Nicky, Tracey and Kara-Louise put together....:joker:

It's all about personal opinion, Red4ever. I found both Nicky and Shabnam two extremely entertaining housemates and (from live feed) know they were badly edited most of the time. I actually found Seany a very unlikeable and annoying character whilst in the house and believe he was rightly evicted when he was.

The halfway housemate - and the winner of the BB Elimination Game - only spent two weeks in the house; in that time, she got with Liam, was dumped by Liam, had an ongoing fued with Carole, but much more; she seems to be a very popular housemate on the forum, moreso than in the public eye, but she didn't have enough support to get into the Top 5; 10 more points, and she would have been in fifth place!

I think that's an amazingly high position for Amy to take considering she wasn't a very big character whilst in the house - I thought she was nice enough, but she didn't bring much in terms of entertainment. I felt a lot of sympathy for the way Liam, Carole, Tracey and quite a few other housemates treated her - she did nothing to offend or hurt anyone.

Dupin's Opinion: I hated Seany whilst he was in the house, but he's a housemate that I think should have stayed in longer. However, I still would rather he left than Carole or Jonathan as I found him slightly tedious; this doesn't mean he wasn't a brilliant housemate, because he was!

On August 31st, Brian Belo was crowned the winner of Big Brother 8 with 60% of the vote against Sam and Amanda's 40%; however, not only did both the twins beat him on this occasion, but he also got beaten by the South East London It Girl that is Charley. Despite "not knowing" who Shakespeare was and regularly joining Liam and Ziggy in bitching sessions, apparently Brian was a wonderful person, which is why the public voted him as their winner. It appears that stupidity was rewarded, in any case, although Brian was a bubbly and lively character who is relatively harmless. For now, let's all celebrate the winner of Big Brother 8, even if he didn't come out top this time!

Dupin's opinion; I found Brian pretty hard to watch, with him playing up his stupidity constantly. I'm not sure why he won; it's probably because the teenage girls that vote as as stupid as he is, or because every other word that Dermot O'Leary said for twelve weeks was "Brian", but in any case, he won fair and square, even if he wasn't a deserving winner in my eyes.

Personally, I couldn't stand Brian and found him to be a complete fake throughout his time in the house - how the British public have crowned the wrong winner (in my opinion) three years running is beyond me. Brian knew exactly who Shakesphere was (he studied Romeo and Juliet for his GCSEs) and deliberately played the stupid card because of how well people like Jade and Chantelle have done by being so dumb.
