It just amazes me how people can sign up, and then quit because its "hard work".

I'm quitting for perfectly acceptable reasons. Sam has changed his mind and told me that if i'm leaving then I have to leave now. It's just like someone walking from Big Brother. I don't have the time so i've quit, it's better than me staying around and not putting the hours into the show that are required. I wish Matt and Nicola the best of luck in the rest of the competiton. What Sam doesn't realise is some of us do actually have a social life away from the internet.

Also remember we are all free to be involved in what we want to be involved in. If someone chooses to leave they leave. I appreciate it's a lot of hard work for all involved but if someones time is full already lets appreciate that also. Things often change without notice.. at times life is very unpredictable.
