Here's how things are going to work:

This weekend, our candidates have had the chance to relax, but have had to fill out interviews, and these interviews could make of break their place in the final.

So let's see the results of the task. James will decide who has won this weeks special task shortly.

Sam: Hello Nicola, you’re in the final six - how do you feel?

Nicola: Elated, I never thought I would even get this far but I’m pleased that I have and the only way I can go now is forward. I’m sure I can win this now with everyone's backing and have my chance to shine on TiBB.

Sam: Who do you think will win the show?

Nicola: I think I stand a good chance of winning as I’ve done the best I can and that's all anyone can ask of me. If I could choose someone else it would be Matt because he's been a brilliant friend to me and also does such ace graphics on the forum.

Sam: What do you think your weaknesses are?

Nicola: taking things too personally is my biggest weakness, always has been. I suppose if anything this game has taught me it is to toughen up a bit and accept that I’ll get a lot of hassle from other people and will have to meet the demands other people expect of me.

Sam: What are your strengths?

Nicola: I've got maturity on my side and produce thoughtful, articulate comments on a variety of topics within the forum. I feel I’m kind and friendly and will be nice to anyone on the forum. I’m also willing to do what it takes to see things through.

Sam: How popular do you think you are with the public and your fellow contestants?

Nicola: Most of my fellow contestants like me and I feel they would back me to win. I’m lucky I’ve been placed with good friends in the contest. I think the public would like me but I’m under the impression they would pick someone else more outspoken than me. I suppose that if they see I’ve got potential then they would vote for me.

Sam: How would you feel to be the apprentice?

Nicola: I would be over the moon, it would mean a lot to me to have that honour among the TiBB forum and get my chance to shine. It would feel great to have that status and a lot of people would be proud of me!

Sam: How long have you been on TiBB and what are your feelings on the forum?

Nicola: I’ve been on TiBB for just over 2 years now, I feel I’ve made friends and enjoy talking about BB and other stuff. I sometimes feel I’m not acknowledged as much as I’d like to be and that a lot of the popular people who post a lot seem to get noticed more than I do. All in all though I enjoy myself on the forum and have met some brilliant people on there!

Sam: Why do you think you would make a great moderator?


Nicola: Someone who is active on the forums, liked a lot by the members and able to keep a cool head and have a neutral point of view in situations e.g. seeing an argument or debate from both sides and not being biased towards a particular member. I would also say not being too strict or formal on the boards either.

Sam: What do you think on your overall performance in the show?

Nicola: I'd say good enough to be in the finals, I’ve always been in the winning team so escaped votes at all times so far. If I could change or improve one thing about my performance it would have been to be online more at crucial times but I couldn't help that all the time. I would also have had a laugh more and not worried or got upset about things

Sam: Lastly, give your final plea to James on why he shouldn’t fire you.

Nicola: I should stay because I’ve been a brilliant member and done the best I can in the contest. It’s not always been easy but I’ve managed to contribute even if at times that's only been one or two comments. I’ve got a mature approach to things and have done everything I can to be the model contestant. I’d love it if for once I could have my chance to shine instead of always being overshadowed by the popular people. I deserve a chance to win and I’ll do everything I can to get it!

Sam: How do you feel about getting into the final six?

Mark: Is that it now? Cool! It feels really good; I didn't think I'd make it past round one. This game does require using your imagination and to get this far and have helped my team mates is a great feeling.

Sam: Who do you think will win the show?

Mark: Matt could, he put a lot of hard work in. I've seen some of his graphics he made for his team and they were awesome. He's been really committed.

Sam: What do you think your weaknesses are?

Mark: Not being able to put forward an idea I have, incase people don't really like it as much as I do. But this competition has made me overcome that

Sam: What do you think your strengths are?

Mark: I'm quite a dedicated person; I'd feel really guilty if I couldn’t complete something. And I don't like not putting an input into things

Sam: How popular do you think you are with the public and your fellow contestants?

Mark: Popularity doesn’t really matter with me, I'm grateful to get this far and it really has been with the help of the others that I managed this. They obviously figured I put an input into the tasks if I wasn’t ever taken into the boardroom

Sam: How would you feel to be the apprentice?

Mark: Very fortunate because it means 'working' with the admin/mods and getting the chance to make the forum better for everyone, even people who'll join in the future

Sam: How long have you been on TiBB and how what are your feelings on the forum?

Mark: Almost two years, so it's a pretty long time. Sometimes the forum does get a little stressful, because you always have new members who don't really know the rules and it's not nice to watch sometimes, but overall it's a wicked place, and I think we're all grateful for the hard work every mod/admin puts in to making the forum

Sam: Why do you think you would make a great moderator?

Mark: Because I'm very good with people and I think that if a member asks me for help, I can help in a mature way, and hopefully help them with their 'problem'. Plus I’m a member without mod/admin status so I know what people would do if they were a mod and had to stop arguments or lock threads at the right time

Sam: What do you think of your overall performance in the show?

Mark: I did what I could, I gave ideas, I lost tasks, I did what the show is about - working with people you may not normally speak to/get along with and complete tasks that'll benefit the forum in a way

Sam: Lastly, give your final plea to James on why he shouldn’t fire you.

Mark: I don't think I should be fired yet, I really have put a lot into these tasks and I've really enjoyed the game and it'll be sad to leave so close to the end, but it's your decision so I'll respect what ever you choose, everyone left deserves to win.

Sam: You’re in the final six, how do you feel?

Ben: As I am a late entree I do feel as if I have "cheated" to get to where I am due to other contestants quitting and others being fired. I am so happy to be in the final six and it is a great achievement.

Sam: Who do you think will win the show?

Ben: Personally, I would have said me! But, as I am a late entree I don’t think I will win it, unless I’m the underdog of the show. I really do believe Matt will win the show; he has the intelligence and the knowledge of computers that someone needs to have to be the winner of the apprentice. I do hope it goes to someone who deserves to win it. I would love to win it!

Sam: What do you think your weaknesses are?

Ben: I believe I only have one default about myself. And that is that I don’t have as much knowledge about computering as others do. But I do believe that others don’t have as much computer knowledge compared to me.

Sam: What do you think your strengths are?

Ben: I have many strengths - that’s what makes me so individual, competitive and Independent. A few of my strengths are.... Being able to hold my own in a debate or argument, been fair and honest, I also think that a major "must have" for anyone in the final six is that you must be Hard, Stern but Enthusiastic about everything, this is because if I was to win, they are the components needed to be a Mod on TIBB.

Sam: How popular do you think you are with the public and your fellow contestants?

Ben: I am led to believe that on TIBB I am quite a stand out, individual character that is sometimes controversial and I am unique. I do think that the members of TIBB know who I am. I make regular threads, post every day without fail and I know what’s happening all the time. I may take a back seat when some people are taking a having serious debate, but that’s because I know when to talk, due to me not being immature or child like.

Sam: How would you feel to be the apprentice?

Ben: Like anyone, I feel it would be one of the greatest Achievements that I have got, I have made new friends and I’m sure I will make more if I was the apprentice. It would be amazing to be the apprentice, what more can I say. An outstanding achievement for me.

Sam: How long have you been on TiBB and what are your feelings on the forum?

Ben: I have been on TIBB since April 2007 and I feel I haven’t missed one day away from TIBB. I feel quite honoured to be honest to be among some of TIBB's greatest members while playing The Apprentice, This is due to people liking me and me liking everyone else on the forum, Of course not everything is funky dory but Its great been a member of TIBB and my feelings are quite strong about the forum as I want to improve the whole Chatting experience for everyone and hopefully introduce new members by making TIBB Bigger and better, I have high hopes and goals that would essentially help TIBB get extremely Popular and make it one of onlines Biggest Big Brother Sites.

Sam: Why do you think you would make a great moderator?

Ben: I am fair, honest, Stern and love TIBB. What more can I say?

Sam: What do you think on your overall performance in the show

Ben: To be honest I think I have done an extremely Fantastic job. I was a Newcomer, I have got into the final six (which wasn’t easy) and I won for our Team. Taskjackers. I Believe that as I am an 'outsider' I might not have a bigger chance of getting into the final 3, but why should that stop me? I’m determined and hard working, stern and fair, It’s quite obvious that I have put lots of hard work into my performance during the course of TIBB: The apprentice - Due to me winning a place in the final six. Its a pleasure to have gotten this far, and to be working with some of TIBB's 'famous' members, I do hope this opens more windows for me and gains me A little for "Fame" on TIBB, as it shows that even if your a "nobody" like me, you can still be a great contestant and that everyone can essentially be fantastic. I hope I do win a place in the final three. It would be an outstanding fantastic achievement.

Sam: Lastly, give your final plea to James on why he shouldn’t fire you.

Ben: I’m going to do this different. I don’t want to plea for a place in the final. I shouldn’t have to - its not professional - But, I will give a few words of why you should choose me over someone else. In 4 words, I’m perfect for the Job.

Ruth: Amazing, I never thought I would make it, I thought the males had a better advantage since there was a higher number of males than females, I’m happy that I have made it, and I’d like to make it to the end now since I’ve came this far and I want to do the Full stretch but that’s not up to me is it, is up to you James.

Sam: Who do you think will win the show?

Ruth: Oooooh...Hard one...If Matt or Baz or Mark won I would be happy, but I do see Matt winning.

Sam: What do you think your weaknesses are?

Ruth: Graphics making since I can't really make them, I’ve tried and failed.

Sam: What are your strengths?

Ruth: Thinking of ideas and putting those ideas in to action.

Sam: How popular do you think you are with the public and your fellow contestants?

Ruth: I have no idea; I think I’m liked but not the most popular

Sam: How would you feel to be the apprentice?

Ruth: Euphoric...Absolutely Honoured, I'd love to be the Apprentice.

Sam: How long have you been on TiBB and what are your feelings on the forum?

Ruth: I joined TiBB, July 22nd 2006 and I’ve never looked back, I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve done on this forum, I have met some great friends, I think the mods and admins do wonders for the site, I’ve had a few rough patches on here, but who hasn't?

Sam: Why do you think you would make a great moderator?

Ruth: Why do I think I would? Well I think because I’m a nice person and if someone acts out of line I would be there to sort it out, I would be online as much as I could, I’d listen to members concerns and I’m well known so members could trust me to be a good moderator if I get the chance.

Sam: What do you think of your overall performance in the show?

Ruth: I think I have done the best I could, I’ve come up with some ideas, which were not used, I have been task manager and really shined on that task, I set up the threads and posted as much as I could in them, and I have been active all way though the Apprentice and haven’t missed a thing.

Sam: Lastly, give your final plea to James on why he shouldn’t fire you.

Ruth: I'd love to be the apprentice, I’ve come this far, I don't want to be fired, but I can't choose that, if you feel that there's stronger people than me to keep its fine, if you fire me, I won't be like mad about it, so choose whoever you want, I feel this plea won't matter much since your mind is probably made up anyway.

Matt: I don't think I'm that unpopular, but I'm not the most popular person on the forum - I have my enemies...

Matt: It would be a dream come true to win TiBB does The Apprentice. It would definitely be my proudest moment on TiBB - it's nice to know you're good enough for the job.

Matt: Nearly 10 months now. It's still the best Big Brother UK forum on the web, even through the occasional bad patches.

Matt: I'm dedicated, I visit the forum daily and I'm very attentive. I hardly break any rules (that's a big plus!)

Matt: I've given it my all. I don't think I've done too badly, I've done most of the dirty work and I'm proud of what me and my team have achieved. I think that I am one of the better candidates for the job.

Mark has proved to be an all round good member , with excellent graphics and good leadership skills.

Nicola hasn't 'shone' in tasks but provided an excellent interview, showing maturity,and proving she is worthy to be The Apprentice.

This is realy hard, but with regrets..
