This is because it is not a standard file, it is the front end of a streaming file. The main file is elsewhere and the file you downloaded, calls this main file and it streams. This I assume is so you can not down load it and put it on YouTube etc

Usually I have seen this with Real Player files, but this is the first time I believe I have seen this done with a Windows Media PLayer file.
