I thought I should give this another go.

Many members recently have been posting threads asking for help from other members, which can annoy some people on the forum. So, I thought I should try and create a big help topic here!

How does it work?

Just post your problem or question here, and then it will feature in this box, under 'unaswered issues'.

The forum members will then give you advise or help on your problem/issue/question, and when you feel the issue is solved, it will be placed under 'solved issues', with the reply/s that you feel best solve your issue. The 5 last solved issues will be displayed.

Who can ask and answer?

Anyone!

Are their any rules?

The normal forum rules apply, also, when answering a question, try and be sensitive!

If it's a debate you have the Debates Section.
And for the help, it does depend the situation, you can have the lounge too. :wink:

No, its basically for Help like this, like Yahoo answers, and people that need technical help, etc. :thumbs:

I don't know if you check the lounge or the help/suggestions section but you will find everything in there. :hugesmile:

Well the Lounge id a huge thread on TIBB where you talk about everything at all the time, you ask questions and we answer.
For technical problems on TIBB you have the Help section.
And everyone will be confused on that thread as each problem is different.

I dont understand why everything needs to be discussed in the lounge

Some people dont like going in there simply because it gets very clicky and often that not in can be intimated and not feel like posting. Plus..... its very common for a post to be ignored by accident.
