Without sounding nasty, no
There was a time when the games on TiBB meant something. x factor and next top model were great, and really fun to participate/watch.
But now they happen like everyday.
I feel the same way with the contsant remakes of Aaron's TiBB BB Game. Poor guy has been doing them for over a year, and now hes been overshadowed with a thousand rip-offs.

I'm sorry, but no.
TiBB games meant something once, now it's just one flop each day.
Some do good, some don't. I think there should be a big break, and come back with a brilliant idea, which EVERYONE can be involved in.

Good Idea, I suggested a calendar, where people have to book times instead of making flops daily.

Exactly, and EACH should have mod/admin approval - I'm sure they'd have an idea on what could work on their forum.
People are making these games like TiBB is some sort of franchise, it's just a fansite.

Perfect answer. When I spoke up and told of my views, i come across as selfish and unfair, but I'm just trying to keep that magic that TiBB Games have...
.. people are starting to think " Oh not another game" including myself, I know i just hosted one, so called me a hypocrite if you must but I do only host one game a year at the most.

Shouldnt it be up to individuals if they wish to play in a Game, or take part in a Quiz?

No, I think you're fine. The Apprentice spent 3 months in planning, that's perfect for an online game show.
But some of these games start within a week, without proper planning, and that's why they flop. It's a waste of space and just more spam for the forum.
Yeah, i've got pages of live show transcripts, contestant profiles, day by day plans, a lot which people don't see.
Magic Shoes said a lot of planning went into the show, maybe some, but not a lot, maybe came up with the rough idea, and when and what shows would be on, but not definate plans.
These shows really do take a LOT of effort and planning, which is why the Weakest link wasnt a huge success tonight.

Sam, you just said you made alot of planning, which not everyone sees, so how do you know MS didnt dot eh same
Sam i totally agree with that too

I say yes - he's entitled to, and who are you to stop him?
There's a huge amount of snobbery on this site lately, and it's really disparaging for new members. Or so I'd think, anyway.
Go ahead with MS, if you want to. I personally enjoy the idea.

Because it would of showed in the Weakest Link, and hes more or less admitted it
I dont even see what we're debating about now.

Can we remember we are talking about other users and we need to respect them and give them credit where it is due. What you need make sure when posting is that you give positives which can help make things better in the future and try and generalize in your answers. Don't name call.
Remember the golden TiBB don't make posts that insult other users.

It's harder to do than one imagines at first and we all have to learn from our mistakes. In principle it was a good idea that didn't work this time but may be something else might work. Maybe the format was wrong for the forum style of posting.
Tonight's idea didn't work out for some reason, but that doesn't mean people have to give up. Just give a little more thought. I haven't looked into this show so I don't know why didn't work. But it was worth a try.
As a group we can make these things work together. For this to happen we shouldn't point the finger of blame, but get on with working out how to make them better together.
The game of cricket didn't evolve over night it took time to develop. The same goes for games run on TiBB.
New idea's are always welcome during this odd period for the site between shows. We all need something to keep us coming back

MS if you want to do it, and you have prepared it well, I don't see why you shouldn't be allowed to go ahead with it. People who don't like it can easily ignore it, so it's no big deal for them whether they like the idea or not.
And I agree with Bugsy's point on the first page...

I'm sorry but i'm not willing to host another Gameshow Marathon show.
Agree with everything Sam has said, I personally would not like to see it go ahead. All these games are getting too much, seriously, enough is enough.

Same here, I find it awful coming on and there's all these game shows and people bickering over them.

Maybe you should host a gameshow marathon away from TiBB, Magic. Let the people who want to take part the address and then those people can join in then and it wont cause anymore upset on TiBB.

I think that is a good idea, the chat room is more interactive than the main forum.
The quiz type format would work better there.

I for one do not want to be part of these gameshows, i'm sorry but I dislike them as I find them too much for the forum. There's too many going on at the moment, and it's silly when people like Sam with Apprentice and Aaron with Model put lots of effort into their shows to try and make them a success, and I dont mind them because there like a one off. But when we have big shows like the gameshows going on for ages, it's too much.

Exactly. People who don't like it should easily be able to ignore it, so I really don't see why it's such a huge problem if it goes ahead, nor do I see why it should have to be taken elsewhere. That's like telling someone to post their opinions and ideas on another forum because not everyone here agrees with it, which isn't really fair.
I think it is about agreeing to disagreeing. Some people loved TiBB Tv , others didnt. That was where the argument esentially kicked off about but it escalated.
I really want to apologize to everyone here if my behaviour has offended anyone, but its my opinion, and if you cant agree with it fine, but dont criticize it. Respect that .
I was one of twelve who voted, i am just outspoken.
Once again sorry, and if you can turn the Gameshow Marathon around, good for you. :thumbd:

Its not a show! Its just a event hold for Members to take part in. Its called GameSHOW marathon because its based on tge format shown on TV, where lots of diffrent Quiz's and Games are played.
If you dont want to see it, dont view it.
