Love the iPhone aswell, but I hate contract phones. My phone isn't that old either so i'll stick with my Sony Ericson for now lol!

Nope, waay too much monry and i dont think people should instantly get it and wait a while for a bigger memory, 8gb is hardly alot nor is 16gb if your gunna load it with videos, movies etc.
And as for the iphone, i hate it, i really dont like it, its too big for me and im happy with my touchscreen sony ericcson :D, and i dotn see why people should get the iphone if they already have a ipod?

They start shipping in two days time. Whether they'll be in shops in two days time remains to be seen.

I expect once it's been shipped it'll take atleast another 2 days after that to hit the shelves due to transporting it to all the shops that are selling it. The Apple shops will probably have it on sale first.
