JUST when you thought it was safe to go back in the video shop...along stomps Big Brother's Jade Goody in a skimpy ra-ra skirt.
The Bermondsey Bruiser is set to release her second fitness video. And the word is it's going to be real BIG.
We spotted Jade secretly filming in a London timber yard. And, to be honest, it all looked a bit like hands, knees and BUMS-a-daisy.
But we're told it's a mix of keep-fit, kick-boxing and US-style cheer-leading.
Perhaps Jade fancies herself as the new Jane Fonda...but thank gawd she's not in lycra!
