I hate them too.
I had one once when I was staying in Tenby down my caravan and it was so scary, there was thunder and lightning and all sorts outside..

I just love powercuts, especially when they happen at the most inconvenient times.

Lol i love them too. they are so exciting cos everyone panics. i just find it so amazing how ppl rely on it so much nowerdays. Hundreds of years ago theres was no such thing as power. it was all done by candle light. if fink we should go back to those ways it just seems so much simpler.

its a bit annoying when you got a shed load of food on the stove with a bar full of 100 people wanting drinks

My Grandparents live in Crete (it's a Greek island) and the power always goes of over there, especially in the summer, when it gets to 40 degrees and then you can't turn on the fan or air conditioning. There's no escape from the heat! Luckely, the powercuts usually only last for about an hour at a time, but annoyingly they happen every 2 weeks or so.

Wow, that's a lot of powercuts. But hey, I could do with all that heat, I'm very pale, I need a tan xD
