Who would want a nose job, OUCH!!! I have a friend who had some rinkles removed and that sounds horrible but so what if youve got the money and want to look younger. It is great to look younger and Celebrities need that.

I don’t think it’s necessary in terms of cosmetic surgery, but it’s obviously useful after accidents etc. Having said that, a lot of people do have confidence issues which would probably be resolved with a small plastic surgery job (although some aren’t easily pleased).

Even though your external appearance shouldn’t be everything to you, if your confidence can be improved, it can help to go for it now that we’re given the opportunity. It’s important not to go overboard though and mess up the way you look completely, as you can’t revert back to normal. Personally I wouldn’t consider plastic surgery in the cosmetic sense.

It's okay if it works out okay, but I see these programmes on tv when things go horribly wrong, also your nose is a very delicate proceedure, I'd get some advice first on the dangers before going ahead.

Well its not totally about improving my confidence,id like to be a glamour model and ive done a few photoshoots recently (not glamour as im under 18) just ona time for prints basis and in quite a few of the photos i was thinking well it would be a good photo if it wasnt for my nose looking so big.I know thats very vain of me but the media puts alot of pressure on girls my age these days.

I probably should have added career options too, which is a valid point in some ways, and for you seems to be the case. I don't think it's vain exactly, because the media does portray certain images, but then it is about being comfortable within your own skin if you want to be a glamour model.

If you want your nose to be whacked with a hammer, broken in two and then made smaller then so be it...
If you're willing to sit through days and weeks of intense pain over your facial area, whilst your face is in awful condition, then you've earned the right to have a smaller nose.

I personally look down upon people who base their lives on other people's opinions. Making a career out of making as many people as possible like the way you look seems a little desperate to me, like you're living a life to impress people so they can perve on you, and thus make you feel wanted.

There are thousands upon millions of pretty girls out there, so even if you do have the perfect appearance you're far from special. I just disagree with people who's only ambition is stand infront of a camera, sometimes with little to no clothes on, and pass it off as a job, or a skill.

"Ohhh but you've got to put lots of effort into the emotion, and the poses, it's such hard work" some might say, to which id reply with: LOL.

In short, I think it's bad enough without spending large amounts of money and going with certain degree's of pain in order to get there.

I would have my boobs done in a heart beat, might also consider a bit of lipo on my bum and tum. That all said I dont "need" them done so have other things to spend my money on.

If I was losing sleep over it though and my self image was so poor that it was badly affecting me then yes I would spend the money and have some work done. I dont see what is wrong with people wanting to feel better about themselves.
