View Full Version : how do clean your keyboard on your laptop computer?

Can anyone help? I dont want to damage the computer by using a wet sponge or spraying pollish or anything, dust and stuff lands on the keyboard and whats anyone best solution?

I use the cloth that you get with glasses wet it slighly and wipe it works for me.

i need a new one as im very naughty and i eat while im on the pc so you can imagine the dirt on mine but i should know better at my age aswell :nono::nono:

I dont have glasses cloth, but I do have some very soft cloth which could suffice. What about the dirt and dust which ends up inbetween each key on my keyboard? perhaps sucking it out with a vaccuum cleaner, but that could be a risk. and the screen, I guess a soft cloth and moisen slightly might do, is that sound okay?

I am pretty much as bad lol. Plenty of crumbs that have made their way into the keybaord, thats why I am pretty desperate to work out the best way

I clean my keyboard using a handheld vacuum and a pressurised air blaster.

I have a friend who has one of those hand held vaccuums, I'll borrow that and give it a go. not a air blaster though,never seen what one is or looks like?
