Here's a nice story for you...
I met a girl one night whilst I was drunk, who seemed alright and what not. We kissed and I never saw her again for a little while.
She added me through a friend on MSN and myspace etc, and we kept in contact through those.
Soon after I moved house to the other side of the country, she said she needed a break and wanted to come and see me. She later proceeded to tell me that she was currently living with her fiance but had developed feelings for me...
I didn't see anything wrong with that, so she came down to stay with me for a few days. When she arrived she was ten times more unnattractive than I originally remembered and I seriously didn't fancy her.
Because she was stuck living with me for the week, I felt trapped.
So I literally proceeded to have sexual relations with her, hold her hand, kiss her etc and maintain the fact that everything was good between us. As I didn't have the nerve or the will to live with her after telling her I don't like her, for several days, whilst she's sleeping in my room.
She spent some time on the phone talking to her boyfriend and insulting/shouting at him and she genuinely seemed like she was going to dump him for me.
On the day she was supposed to go home, I was amazingly relieved. The night before she cried in my bed and said I was acting odd around her and she didn't like it. FINALLY it would all end and I could forget she ever existed.
THEN the news came on, reports of bombings at the train stations in London. My mum insisted she couldn't go home but would have to stay for a few more days. I actually broke down in tears at the thought of being in bed one more night with her and begged my mum to take her home in the car, which she didn't.
Those bombings were partly to blame for some of the unhappiest days of my life.
The girl then went home eventually, broke up with her boyfriend, moved into her parents and started looking for a house for us =/ which I sorted out by purely ignoring her until she got the message, and I almost felt slightly guilty for the fact she moved out and ended her relationship because of me, but not quite.
The end.
The moral of the story is, London bombings are bad.

It's scary to think my post was actually remotely on topic.
