Chanelle Hayes has launched a perfume range to rival her idol Posh Spice.

The perfume, called Simply Chanelle, will be available to buy in shops from next month.

Although the Big Brother contestant claimed that her scent isn't an imitation of Victoria Beckham's Intimately Beckham collection, she believes that the Spice Girl's husband would probably prefer her smell.

The reality TV star told the Daily Star: "My scent is new and fresh – and I haven’t copied it off anyone. And I think David would prefer mine!"

However, Chanelle revealed that the process of releasing the perfume hasn't been simple.

She commented: "It’s been an absolute nightmare with the trademark issues, because of the clash with Chanel. But that’s all sorted."

Chanelle would she be allowed to do that isent there already perfume called chanel perfume not spelt the same but still the same name well good for her :dazzler:

Yeah the Chanel/Chanelle trademark thing is mentioned at the bottom of the article, but it says they've got that sorted.

A. Who would want to smell like an ex-BB wannabe?
B. Who would want to smell like someone that doesn't even have their own identity?

Now before someone has a dig at me for defending Jade's perfume. Jade achieved full celebrity status and was worthy of a perfume.

Yeah but you must remember...Jade started out exactly the shame as Chanelle...In the BB house.

I can't wait to buy it, I will give it to my girlfriend for her birthday in december, it should be out by then. It should be expensive, it has Chanelle's name on it and she's the best:kiss: well, second best:wink: my girlfriend is in the next room, so:laugh:
