If you could have played any part in any film from the past, which role would you pick and why?

I'd go for Ethan Hunt in Mission Impossible 2 as it's my favourite film and all the action scenes are top class.

I had a brief role in one of my own film productions

As the Narator in this one

And blink and you miss me in this movie (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6836458791038214903&hl=en)

I was also the presenter in this production

And the six subsequent episodes

As to main stream movies, I prefer the director's chair in the cutting room for March of the Penguins (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0428803/)
