I'm like it too Ruth, I have been known to go 24 hours without going. I can get it really bad at times.

Yeah, I get a bit like that. When I was younger and my mum would come into the toilet with me I'd "dry up" completely!

I'm like this, although I'm not shy as a person. I hate using urinals, I always have to use the cubicles.

I hate using the school toilets at lunchtime and breaktime, I usually ask the teacher if I can go to the loo when i'm in lessons.

Well let me be honest i have had to deal with standing next to people on the next toilet for 5 years at school so i have learned to deal with it:tongue:.

Hell after needing a Poo on the school toilets (i was REALLY desperate and will never do it again) it has made all other public toilets seem clean so yea i suppose school does help with SOME things:wink:.

Yes, I suffer from this sporadically.

The solution? Use the disabled toilets where you can lock the door behind you...............................but make sure you don't pull the alarm cord instead of the chain!

There is strict urinal etiquette. No talking, especially to strangers.
Only stand next to someone if there is no spaces free by yourself.
Eyes forward at all times.

Splashback from urinals is a terrible problem. But whats worse is when you are urinating and the urinal starts it's 'self cleaning flush'....triple splashback!!!

I'm the shyest person alive, I feel very shy in public place, and often say things silly due to my nerves.
