Amy Winehouse has been arrested by Norwegian police for possessing drugs.
Winehouse at the Mobo awardsWinehouse, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil and a third person were released after paying about £350 in fines, prosecutor Lars Morten Lothe said.
The trio were arrested at a hotel in Bergen, where Winehouse is currently on a European tour, after a tip-off to police.
"They were found with 7 grams of marijuana," Mr Lothe said. "She's paid the fine, so this thing is over for us now."
Winehouse is due to perform in Bergen tonight and in Oslo tomorrow before continuing to the Netherlands on Monday.
In August, the singer's in-laws urged fans to stop buying her records.
They said it would send a message to her and husband Blake Fielder-Civil that they must tackle their drug problems.
Fielder-Civil's parents, Giles and Georgette, said the couple were drug addicts in denial and feared their lives were in danger.
At the time, Mr Fielder-Civil believed they were taking crack and there had been instances of heroin use.
The comments came after a number on incidents involving the award-winning singer.
Also in August, she cancelled a number of shows in Norway and Demark, claiming exhaustion.
Last month, the troubled singer was crowned Best UK Female at the Mobos for her critically-hailed album Back To Black.
She was also named Best Female Performer at the Vodafone Live Music Awards.
