Hiya, I am going to start taking request for banners,
However some rules need to be made.
These Rules are :-

Rules

1. Please Only Reqeust one Banner per week as i am already pretty busy with school work and other things.

2.Only Request from me if you havent asked an other member to make a banner for you

3. I only make banners for TiBB, Unless you ask me before hand

Sorry Kate, but my PaintShoPro isnt responding just now. It loads up and then it freezes. and if it then decides to unfreeze it will freeze later on and then what i have made gets lost.
