Sharon not even at rehearsals

Hey! My friend was at the X Factor Live Show rehearsals on Friday and she said that Louis and Simon were both there, coaching their acts, but Sharon wasn't. I think that shows even less commitment. What do you guys think?

Well she hasnt been in contact with her acts a month before the live shows so it dont suprise me

This makes it even more pathetic that she threw a strop about her acts being in the bottom 2. There were already reports of her neglecting them, it doesn't seem like she was any help at all to her acts so she is silly to complain about losing one of them when she should've been expecting it.

Yeah, and I heard somewhere she picked the songs out of a hat?
If so, she is definitely doing a bad job, imo.
