You don't have to be 18 for the audition dates - thats stupid. You just have to be 18 in time for BB starting.

You have to be 18 before BB starts therefore you can be 17 during the auditions if your birthday is between the auditions and the start of BB.

I didn't see the picture, but the last person we had that made it through to the final selection stage asked to have their pictures removed. They thought having a whole forum supporting them wouldn't be good move for getting on the show.
