In the Daily Star today in the Playlist part they say that Britneys NEW album COULD reach NO.1 due to the massive demand...BUT are worried because there has been a massive drop in Physicle CD sales
Source Daily Star
I personnaly think and hope it does get to NO.1 i mean it hasnt had one bad review ' from what have seen' some reviewers calling the best album of her career. and due to the massive surpport in here and other forums AND Britneys Myspace...i think we are looking at comeback Album of the year :dance::hello::hello:
It is the comeback album of the year. But the best album of the year is Sugababes.

I don't understand how anyone could buy it. I can't give much of an opinion, but "Gimme More" is a diiire song, I can't see how it promotes the album here.

I'm sorry, LOL, but Gimme More doesn't even need to promote the album. She's Britney Spears, that's probably enough promotion. Even though them newspapers are so stupid to always include her doing something shameless, they still always mention her upcoming album.

I don't seriously know one person that would buy a Britney Spears album for the fact it's by Britney Spears. Honestly. She's talentless, and a complete idiot at that.

There's actually an interesting 'quote' I found online about people not admitting they listen to Britney. It's quite crude, but it's true.
The single sold amazingly well considering its lack of promotion. The album is expected to sell well as well.
Blackout isn't filled with 'pop' unlike her previous albums, it's very dance-pop, R&B, electro which is something that'll attract more people IMO. Pop's kinda erased itself from the charts so it's a good move.

There isn't many albums out next week that can give Britney a run for her money, I think she'll end up taking the top spot.

Gimme More is possibly the worst song I've ever heard.
And it doesn't matter how many albums she's sold, that doesn't suddenly make her have talent. She's a bad singer, a bad dancer, and an overall mess.
And Mark, I can assure you that my friends do not all go home and retrieve their secret Britney collection from under their pillows to listen to. Like I said, no one I know cares for her at all.
