In the past few weeks we've been bringing you pics of former Celebrity Big Brother winner, Chantelle Houghton, looking worryingly thin and well, a bit odd really. Well today we can report the news that she's planning to go under the surgeon's knife to have her breasts enlarged.

Chantelle is set to be on this year's I'm A Celebrity... where there will be plenty of opportunities to show her new assets off to the world. And it seems there's one person in particular she's keen to give an eyeful to - her ex-husband, Preston. 'I want to show him exactly what he's missing... I'm planning on flirting with as many guys possible.'

Oh Chantelle - if you want them done, that's great, but don't do it to make that little man jealous. And PS, please get those extensions taken out before you go to Oz, otherwise things are gonna get ugly...

She seemed really sweet whilst on Big Brother, and now she's had her first famous celebrity partner and split, planning on getting a breast enlargement and flirting with as many guys as possible.

The actions of an image obsessed tart if ever I saw them.

At least before she came across as honest and genuine, whereas now she's indulging in behaviour that screams "I want all men to look at me and my huge breasts and want to insert themselves into me, mainly out of spite towards Preston"
