Which do you have, IE7 is 10 times more conivinent, as you dont have to have 2 or 3 windows open at the same time, or are you stuck in the past?

I have Firefox.

It's ten times better than IE 7, and one hundred times better than IE6.

Firefox.

If I could I'd use ie7. IE6 was voted the 8th worst software product of all time by PC world website.

Here's the Article (http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,125772-page,3/article.html)

Check out some of the reasons to not use it.:laugh2:

Firefox. Death to IE!

As for the choice between 6 and 7, I didn't like either of them. I find Firefox much more user-friendly.

Safari normally but rather like Opera and sometimes I use Netscape or Firefox just for a change.

I don't see the point in using IE even on a MS Windows machine it just lets the bugs in. I have tried version 7 and it is better than version 6 but it just a rip off of other browsers and other peoples idea's.

I forgot to mention Safari, Opera, Firefox and Netscape all come with either spell checkers or spell checker plug-ins.

IE7 for me, I prefer it to other browers. Firefox was absolutely crap the last time I used it.

I find that firefox is actually slower at loading pages than IE.

Actually, according to tests conducted by Apple, Inc using the VeriTest iBench browser testing benchmarks, FF is faster than IE.:tongue:

Probably due to the fact that IE can access the kernel of the Windows operating system in a more direct way through unpublished short cuts hence by passing method used by third party software.

I'm an ex low level/system level programmer. I use to write operating systems for some of the early microcomputers.

It is what I would do if I was Microsoft to make my software faster than the competitors. I would program in back doors for my software to use.
