Posh has really changed in the past few years hasnt she!
I liked the way she looked before.

And shes changed again since that last photo. Im glad shes gone back to brunette, blonde wasnt really posh spice was it.

She is nothing like she used to be.... she is far too skinny and vain.

Like Girth says..... botox and surgery work wonders dont they?

Yes but at some stage she should have stopped all her surgeries. She doesn't look like a human being, she doesn't smile because if she does everything will be gone lol :hugesmile:

I think it is a real shame that she is so insecure that she has gone to such desperate lengths to try and look perfect. She has failed at that though, she looks skelatal and false. It must be like sleeping with a bag of bones.

She is a reason never to have plastic surgery done, imo. I would imagine it would be very uncomfortable lying in bed for her, all her bones and stuff..
