Well guys and gals, this will probably be my last post until we have the computer set up in our new house!

We're moving on Wednesday up to a small village in Derbyshire. Very different from Surrey, where I have lived for the past 10 years and also a lot more affordable.

I'll be back in time for Christmas though, so keep a glass of mulled wine for me in Boris's Bar!

Thanks for your good wishes everyone! Thinking I would be back by Christmas was a tad optimistic, but here I am now.

The move started on the 17th, but we weren't actually in the house until the 22nd! Fortunately we could stay with my mum and dad for a few days while we got some bits and pieces done in the house.

Nice to see you all again!

Welcome back Kaphc....glad to see you in the BB tonight. Hope you enjoyed the mulled wine. I mad a new batch specially for you.

Moving house is a very stressful activity so take it steady now.
Don;t try to do everything at once.

We had a move some years ago from East Mids...nottingham to Herts, St.Albans on the 17th December. Not an ideal time is it LOL.

Hope you will be very happy in your new home.
