Well its not really a banner its a rectangle of pictures put together on paint

If you're keen to make decent graphics.

You should get GIMP.

It's free, and almost as good as photoshop.
I used to use it.

OR
if GIMP's too complicated.
you could try Photoplus.
Again, I've used it, and it's good for beginners, and basic blending

Sorry P_S, but I don't really like them. The pictures are too squashed up and they look like they've been thrown together randomly.

But we all start somewhere. :wink:

I think anyone attempting to make graphics properly, needs to be willing to spend time reading tutorials on how to operate photoshop or similar...

And I don't just mean read a few paragraphs and you'll be a graphics expert either.

You'll need to read A LOT and practise everything you learn.

If you're just making them for fun and don't want to read up on techniques and processes, that's fine...just as long as you're willing to make graphics that never look particularly good.

But yea, these are technically collages, and not very good one's either.
You need to learn how to pick out decent quality pics from google image search =]
